Lady Hilltoppers Still Unbeaten in MEC
   WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The regionally-ranked West Liberty University women’s tennis team remained unbeaten in Mountain East Conference play with a 6-1 win against Davis & ElkinsMonday afternoonat the Edgar Martin Tennis Complex.

   Coach Heather Gallagher’s Hilltoppers (6-1, 3-0), ranked No. 5 in the ITA’s latest NCAA Division II Atlantic Region rankings, prevailed at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles to take the doubles point and went on to win five of the six singles match to keep the Senators (0-5, 0-4) winless on the season.

   Nathalia Valencia and Alex Olson posted a 6-0 shutout at No. 3 doubles while Luisa Agudelo and Jacqueline Pena Aceves notched the 6-3 win at No. 2 doubles.

   Agudelo won her No. 4 singles match at love and love while Valencia and Ishika Agarwal dropped only one game each in breezing to victory at No. 2 and No. 3 singles, respectively.

   The West Liberty women won’t play againuntil April 6when they travel to Charleston fora 3 p.m.match.
