Rich Lucas, President - Main Street Bank

Richard A. Lucas, a native of Wellsburg, West Virginia, and a resident of Wheeling, West Virginia, graduated from West Liberty University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Accounting, and passed the Certified Public Accounting Exam in 1990. He began his accounting career with S R Snodgrass, CPAs, in 1986 and worked there until 1994. In 1994, Mr. Lucas accepted the position of Vice President with One Valley Bank - North, Inc. and remained there until October 2000, leaving the bank as Senior Vice President. Mr. Lucas is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Main Street Bank Corp and Main Street Financial Services Corp, and a member of the Board of Directors of both Companies, positions he has held since 2000. Mr. Lucas has been active in the local community, as evidenced by his service to the West Liberty University Board of Governors, the Wheeling Chapter of CPAs, the Centre Market Commission of the City of Wheeling, the Regional Economic Development Partnership, the Wheeling Amateur Hockey Association, the Hockey Club of the Ohio Valley, the Greater Wheeling Sports and Entertainment Authority, and the Seeing Hand Association. Mr Lucas is married to Barbara Lucas for the last twenty nine years, and has a son Brice who attends West Liberty University and will be a Senior in the fall of 2019.
