Rob Parker: The Knicks Are Done

Rob Parker and Kelvin Washington make their predictions ahead of game 2 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals, and take a look at the series as a whole following New York's epic collapse in the final minutes of game 1. To Rob, that was such a demoralizing loss for the Knicks that he doesn't see any possibility of them coming back, even down just 1-0. Kelvin also sees Indy ultimately coming out on top, but his reasoning is a bit different.

Rob Parker: "I don't know how [the Knicks] overcome what happened in game 1. I know it's only one game, but that loss is one for the ages... If the Pacers didn't already have confidence in beating the Knicks, [they sure have it now]... I believe this series is over. I do not believe the Knicks can rebound form this. I don't think they'll necessarily get swept, but I think that was so demoralizing for New York, and so energizing for Indiana, now they can go for the jugular."
Kelvin Washington: "I actually picked the Pacers to win this series prior to game 1, but this is where I don't agree with you -- if the Pacers win the series, it won't have anything to do with what happened in game 1. I think the legs will eventually give out for the Knicks as they usually do for Tom Thibodeau-led teams."
