Shohei Ohtani Proves that No, You Haven’t Seen Everything

There are only a few players who make opponents automatically point to first base. Shohei Ohtani is one of them. On Friday night, he struck out ten and hit three home runs — in a playoff clincher. That’s not supposed to happen. Pitchers have dominated before, hitters have gone deep before, but no one does both like this. Just when you thought you’d seen it all on the diamond, Shohei continues to prove you haven’t.

Dan Patrick: “Is it the greatest game in baseball history considering it was a clinching game, playoffs, you strike out 10, you hit three home runs? Pretty incredible, pretty incredible. And it's one of those where you go, ‘I think I've seen everything, to, ‘I haven't seen everything.’”
